It is possible to file your complaints directly to the Prime Minister of Pakistan. You can do it using the Pakistan Citizen Portal App. But first, you need to download this app. The App can be downloaded from the Google play store using this link.

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) was formed when the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) was divided into two parts.
This means that some of the previously under the jurisdiction of HESCO now come under the jurisdiction of SEPCO. The Entire Process has been digitalized so that the SEPCO customers now no longer have to travel to a customer service center or the head office to register their complaints, check the status of complaints they have already filed, or check their complaints history.
